The Client
As part of the Meadows Behavioral Healthcare family of companies, the Claudia Black Young Adult Center provides intensive, experientially-based inpatient treatment tailored to young adults ages 18 to 26. They help treat young adults who may be struggling with unresolved emotional trauma, drug or alcohol addiction, mental health conditions, or a dual diagnosis. With an experienced team of treatment professionals, they are well equipped to help their guests address those issues in a healthy setting among their peers.
The Problem
When we began our partnership with the Meadows Behavioral Healthcare and the Claudia Black Center, they needed to develop a website with updated content and designs to suit their intended audience.
Our Solution
Our web development and design teams at Astute quickly researched the Claudia Black Center to create a website that would provide improved and accessible content, provide a seamless flow of information, and facilitate their goal of gaining admissions.
We began by working with the client to refine the content hierarchy on the site and developed wireframes, which were used to direct the flow of content for the Claudia Black Center’s website.
Our goal was to make it easier for users to engage with the information on the site by creating a seamless flow of information. We prioritized content creation regarding treatment, FAQs, admissions, and a section on Dr. Claudia Black are all easily accessible from the homepage and the navigation bar.
In addition to improved content and information, our team created new designs to reflect the Claudia Black Center’s unique brand while giving it a similar look to the other Meadows Behavioral Healthcare websites.
By executing these changes we have developed a website that provides its visitors with ample information and a seamless flow, all while maintaining a consistent look and feel as the other sites in the Meadows Behavioral Healthcare family.
