The Nashville Recovery Center was opened in 2018 as the brain-child of founder Ryan Cain. Ryan has deep experience in the world of addiction and recovery, having founded SperoGrp, Music City Interventions, and NRhythm Sober Living. The goal behind Nashville Recovery Center was to offer a place for local members of the recovery community to have a place that’s always open and fun to hang out; a place of acceptance and love. Ryan approached Astute to lead branding, web design and development, and developing and implementing a communication plan through social media.

How do you brand a big, sober clubhouse? That was the question we were asking ourselves as we walked through the space for the first time. We looked to a vibrant color palette, strong fonts that strengthened the brand, and catchy and direct taglines that helped convey the truth of the mission: NRC is the place where Nashville comes to recover!

In designing the website, we knew we needed to respect the fact that this website was gonna be the tool for the sober community to stay abreast of current events and offerings at the center. We went with a clean layout with a clear delineation between recreational and clinical services. Additionally, implementing a calendar was vital due to the amount of events that are hosted at NRC every week (as many as 30+ a week!). By discovering our web audience, we were able to make every decision with them in mind, which led to a winning web design and development formula!

Social Media

Facebook and Instagram have been vital for communicating with our audience and growing our overall brand in the community. By creating and executing monthly content calendars, as well as managing these accounts daily, we’ve had tremendous success in growing the brand and the business through social media. Additionally, we’ve done a first class job in engaging with our audience, many of whom are going through difficult situations. Nashville Recovery Center has a devout following so we engage them on a daily basis, leading to an ever growing list of followers and friends!
