Technical Marketing Assistant

The Technical Marketing Assistant is a utility player on our team. This role will work closely with our digital marketing and web development teams. This is a supervised, integrated production role. The ideal candidate will benefit from ongoing coaching and education and must also be comfortable working autonomously.

The Technical Marketing Assistant should enjoy analyzing and working with data. Applicants must have strong writing, editing, analytical, and organizational skills.

responsibilities:

· Assist with ongoing monthly and periodic client technical SEO tasks, including running client site audits and fielding actionable SEO improvement activities.

· Perform data review and content changes as required to aid in marketing and web dev. initiatives

· Complete Quality Assurance (QA) reviews on marketing and web dev. initiatives

· Participate in ongoing manager-led training and independent, ansynchronous learning

· Stay up-to-date on current industry standards, algorithm updates and emerging technologies

experience & skills:

· Minimum of 1-2 years of agency experience preferred

· Familiarity with modern SEO fundamentals

· Prior experience with WordPress

· Proficiency working with Microsoft Excel or similar products (e, Google Sheets) to organize data

· Prior experience with Ahrefs, SEMRush, or similar tools preferred

· Prior experience working in Asana or similar project management software
