The Digital Marketing Specialist should be well versed in search and social advertising. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of strategic marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
• Development of strategic advertising and online visibility initiatives
• Implementation of strategic advertising and online visibility initiatives
• Managing ad spend budgets for maximum impact
• Monthly Reporting on tasks, progress, and successes and failures using data generated in agency reporting platform
• Stay current in marketing trends and news e.g. Google updates and changes in algorithms

Experience & Skills: 
• 1-2 years running online advertising campaigns (agency setting preferred)
– Experience with Google Adwords is required
– Experience with Facebook Advertising is required
– Experience with Google Analytics & Google Tag Manger is required
• Proven experience delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns
• Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to monitor and manage ad spend budget
• Must be a clear communicator and team-oriented
